Ticket Transfers

Tickets are transferable. Whoever holds the valid QR code is considered the ticket holder.
-
To transfer your ticket, simply forward the QR code to the new person. They will present it at the gate with valid ID.
-
Each QR code is valid for one scan only. Once scanned at the gate, it cannot be reused.
-
If a seller shares the same QR code with multiple people, only the first person to scan it will be admitted.
-
The festival cannot mediate or refund disputes that arise from unofficial resales or double-selling.
-
To avoid issues, we strongly encourage ticket transfers to happen only between people you know and trust.
Safety, Consent & Culture
INIT Festival is built on respect, consent, and care. Everyone shares responsibility for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
-
Consent is essential. Always ask before touching or entering someone’s space. “No” is a complete sentence.
-
Harassment, discrimination, or violence of any kind will not be tolerated. Anyone engaging in unsafe behavior may be removed from the event without refund.
-
Photography & media: The official INIT media team will be documenting the festival, focusing on capturing the collective atmosphere. If you are taking personal photos or videos, always ask for consent first.
If you need help:
-
Visit the Medical & Harm Reduction Tent for immediate support.
-
Approach Security or Festival Staff.
-
For serious emergencies only, use the emergency contact number listed in the INIT Mobile App.
Our approach: we don’t expect rules alone to prevent harm. Instead, we have clear protocols and support systems in place so participants can feel safe knowing issues will be responded to quickly and respectfully.
Medical & Harm Reduction
-
Four paramedics on-site, 24/7.
-
Harm reduction team available throughout the event, with extended presence during night hours.
